BEFORE BOOKING

Please ensure that when booking you are in good health and are not recovering from a cold/flu, on any antibiotics, have any cold sores, no recent dental work, immunizations etc.

Dermal Filler cannot be done 14 days before/after receiving ANY vaccinations OR dental work (including teeth cleaning) If you are travelling by plane in the next 2 weeks you must wait to proceed with any dermal filler OR neuromodulator treatments. Facial treatments must also be spaced out between injectable appointments.

If you have any medical history or concerns, you must notify myself as well as consult with your treating physician prior to booking. Please reach out to ensure it is safe to continue with injectable/facial treatments.

BOOKING POLICY All treatment bookings require your credit card information via the booking link in bio. To secure a booking, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cannot cancel outside of the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited & you will be required to make another deposit secure a new appointment. Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances that need to be considered

NO SHOW POLICY Failure to show up to your appointment will result in loss of deposit. You will be required to make another deposit secure a new appointment. Please contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances that need to be considered.

LATE POLICY Kindly arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Should you arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled at Nurse Tash’ discretion & need to be rescheduled with the result of loss of deposit.
